Fuck, it’s been a long time. Months, even.
I’m not to apologize because I did warn everyone that updates would be slow. I have a life that involves leaving my room more often than not. I’m hoping to tag along with some of my friend’s enthusiasm for NaNoWriMo and get some words done on this.
Also, I was going through the Kudos and comments for WIMTBM and two writers on AO3 that I really admire have shown it attention.
And it’s just like AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
*blush* I just can’t. I flipped out for a good 5 minutes.
I’m in the mood to write today and hurricane Sandy has cancelled my classes until Friday, so hopefully I’ll get some things done today. My goal is 1000 words but we’ll see.

This john/Dave scene is giving me issues.

Apparently cracking my knuckles and repeating “crying handjob” is creepy to the rest of my family.
Also, apparently I can’t redeem myself by stating that “they’re going to cuddle afterwards, I swear”.
Oops.
I just cranked out 800 words in like 30 minutes for the new chapter. The first scene is done and now I’m just trying to flesh my ideas for the second scene out a bit before continuing on. I’m hoping to get 1000 words total done today.
My word goal for this chapter is somewhere around 4000 since it really bothers me to post a chapter shorter than the one before it. XD
Once I get to a good place for a preview I’ll be sure to post a little snippet.
